PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Spring and Winter are fighting for dominance here.  Crazy weather to plan anything ahead.

Our first meeting of the year is coming up on Sunday March 17 for our annual maple and mud season brunch. Reservations are needed by March 15th to Judy Whitman 413-738-5322 or email me. Meet at the Whitman home on 3326 Rte 43, Hancock, Mass at 11:45.  After a short meeting we will caravan to the IOKA Maple Café’ for brunch.

DUES are due by the end of February if you have not already paid.  Send $15 to Bob Cook in Sutton, Mass, the club Treasurer. His address and phone are at the bottom of this page. Some of the club members have noticed a big drop in our club financial status.  In 2022, the club was scammed and accidently lost some money.  Lesson learned.

I hope you have noticed the Plymouth cars and parts that are for sale or wanted, in the Regional Newsletters. You can also do that in our club through Don Palmer.   Ads go on our web site which gets worldwide views.  And if you have car related urgent wants, we can include it in the newsletter. If anyone wants to write about a car project they are doing for the newsletter and/or web site, please do. Hey Bob, how about your restoration of Bruce’s 1932?

Your officers are busy working on a nice experience for the Club’s 50 Anniversary Banquet.  Save the date:  SUNDAY APRIL 21. We would also welcome ideas or suggestions.  Feel free to notify myself or Jane Palmer

Judy

  1. I thought I’d reach out to your car club to see if anyone would be interested in buying my Ply. I have a 1934 Plymouth 4 door sedan, model PE all original steel needs restoration, on the original frame with engine and transmission. Looking for 5900. Or best!

    1. Location is important to those that are interested in exploring the possibility of a purchase. Also they normally like to communicate with the seller about condition when they feel tempted. Add these elements to your description to increase the potential of finding an interested buyer.
