where is the form for listing the monthly meeting?
A Custom Meeting Description is developed for each monthly meeting…….no monthly meeting form presently exists.
Region meetings have many variations including gathering at one spot, touring to another, going to multiple spots, food variations from bring your own to just bring yourself, etc.
Soon “Virtual Meetings” hosted by an individual on Zoom could be added to the list.
As such their is no form that fits all monthly meeting formats.
Their was a question list of the things that a host might have to think about before communicating a monthly meeting; the Region voted against publishing such a list.
