  1. Hello Colonial chapter Plymouth Owners.
I have a collection of parts from a 1930 Plymouth coupe. All are for sale at reasonable prices:
Engine # U275892 (1930), Oil pan and pickup (only 4 bolts left on the pan), leaf springs, drive shaft, rear axle and differential, front axle, transmission with emergency brake, clutch and brake pedals, steering box and shaft (2), generator, starter, wheels with brake shoes (all 4), shocks, center control rod from steering column, lots of small bits in boxes. Photos available. Please feel free to contact me at stephenvarhol@gmail.com
    Thanks!

  2. Hi! I joined the region a year ago (I am POC since 2001), never made it to a Colonial meet yet, but am going to call the Roups to say I’ll be coming to Tolland. Meantime, I’d be pleased as a flat 6 running 84 octane gas if you’d add Gussie (I anthromorphize too much) to the list. I can upload photos, or (if told where) email them. Or print them out and take them to the PO!
Gussie is a fairly original used 1941 Plymouth P-12 Special DeLuxe with running board delete.
I say USED because it has never been restored, but has been repaired from time to time in a manner appropriate to the era when it was done. Engine has never been out (drat that rear seal, though!).

    1. If you are coming to the Ruops bring your pictures and I’ll upload them to my PC or send the pictures along with a description involving location, price, etc. to 184palmer(at)comcast.net and I’d gladly put them on a For Sale ad our our website.

  3. I have a 38 ply P6 coupe. The problem is the drivers side window falls out of the track. I hav tried different things to correct it. Please advise via email any suggestions or someone that could help me.

    1. I asked a 38 Ply Coupe longtime owner about this and possible items influencing the glass staying in the track to determine are:
1)Bottom of glass not secure in the bottom track
      2)Worn felt
      3)Bent guide
      4)Track not secure in position
      5)Glass binding in the track
      6)Loose regulator
      7)Regulator adjustment needed
8)Replacement Glass not identical to original

  4. I am looking for an original type floor mat for my 1932 Plymouth business roadster. I have had this since 1957 and was restored by early 1960 .

    1. I checked the part number for the floor mat for 31, 32, & 33 to see if there was any match in any models but there was not. Any sharing with other years or models might be helpful sometimes but not in this case. If you provided enough “wanted” info such as a contact method I could add a separate listing rather than have the request buried in a comment.

      Don
