The Secretary’s report and the Treasurer’s report were both accepted.
Judy reported that there have been 4 inquiries about membership in the Colonial Region over the last several months. The question was posed as to whether or not this is in response to the website. Don P. changes the president’s report, secretary’s report, upcoming events and technical article monthly.
There are some changes to the details of the Prairie Region’s National Meet. Contact Judy for details. The Grand National Meet will take place in Northville, MI in July, 2018.
There was a discussion about the Club’s participation in the Plymouth 400 celebration in Plymouth, MA. Bruce will contact the organizers and the car dealership to get more details. It was suggested that the Colonial Region host a car show and scaled down National Meet in 2019. Bruce will put together some ideas and present them at a later date. Judy will contact the Hudson Valley and Long Island Regions to see if they would like to participate.
The next meeting will take place in Townsend, MA, hosted by Tom Dorward, on Saturday, April 22. We will meet at Delaney Antique Clocks at 1:00. The May meeting will be on Saturday, May 20 at Thompson Speedway. Jim Dunlea and Qin will host the June meeting on the 25th. The Palmers will organize a visit to the New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks, CT for the July 16 meeting.
